An environment made primarily from discarded hotel textiles for gathering and creating meaningful connections.
Reinforcing 公筷
Connection is build through the act of sharing. The use of serving plates, and serving chopsticks is apart of Chinese dining etiquette. With this project, I wanted to be able to create a sense of connectivity and unity through playful forms, while being able to reinforce a placement for communal serving chopsticks (公筷, gongkuai).
